Judge Dismisses Agent Orange Lawsuit.. what a crime!

I don't really see how this will affect the Dow coming out of bankruptcy settlement, at least it shouldn't.

I was in the very first batch of settlement checks from the MDL back in 1996. Everything went smoothly, I gave them what they needed, nothing was challenged and I represented myself without an attorney. So I'm concerned about women being bounced around (especially in the MDL). I don't have a lot of time these days, but am willing to assist in researching answers to anything that may help anyone with their settlement.

Please post this on the alt. board under my name for a change; I send news to be osted there for everyone all the time. It is my opinion this ruling could effect the, Dow women in the rotten Settlement Plan. Has, Dow Chemical, or Corning Ever played fair or been upstanding..NO! We have sisters who had excellent cases that were on the top grid list. They were sent to, Dow Dr.'s and didn't receive a thin dime. I don't call that a co incidences.. when there atty.'s were begging for help, and contacting, Toxic Discovery to report this scam by, Dow!!

The MDL is full of serious problems if your eyes are open @@ mine have been for a long time. I got the real picture without having to run it through google..on Zoom all by myself. It's easy when dealing with bought off judges=Pointer, Spector, on an on this crime and farce has continued in, Dows favor..why? They make weapons for the government and have for over 60 years at least. Myrl, the second amendment doesn't apply in these crimes against innocent humans. The government was in on us being used as experimental guinea pigs. I used to see the world through gigi rose colored glasses, now I can't see but I can sure understand collusion. The Supreme Court committed it during an election, our government is not the "One Nation Under God" Our fore fathers penned in the original constitution. The picture sucks an is illegal.

We have been stripped of our rights. I only recognize our "Constipation" the gov. FDA needs an enema. I'm fed up to the max. with my family and friends being toxically poisoned without restitution Guaranteed! Dow, is slicker than D W 40 count in, Inamed, Mentor and the rest..they are all in on this crime together, with the FDA an our government. Sad huh. an it will get worse. Take a peek a boo at SS, medicare, disability etc.

Judge Weinstein has been around a very long time, and is known for matters regarding the second amendment, etc. He's over 80 years of age. If you do a Google search, and plug in the words, "judge - jack - weinstein" you'll all get the picture.
