I talked directly through emails thanks to the tort committee with the settlement facility on women who are registered in the U.S settlement there was an order by Judge Hood Oct 2004 re this situation and the claims centre was handling the claims wrong.

Canadian women need to make sure there attorneys are following through on there claims and that they are not sitting there not eligible.

I got confirmation from the settlement facility this week so please any woman who is filed in the U.S and not in Canada's settlement make sure your attorney is doing there jobs following through, if any of you are having problems feel free to get ahold of me and I will send you the email address of the woman handling this.
