Have just been notified --and told to pass the word -- the panel voted to deny Inamed's application for approval. The vote was 5-4 -- not sure how they stacked up, but am sure the plastic surgeons voted for --if there was a tie, the chairman would have voted - and he voted 18 months against approval --he is a scientist associated with John Hopkins Hospital..

For those of you who have lost mothers,and other family members, and/or friends to this poison--- they worked so hard for this for so many years -- we believe they are "up there" smiling down on us all...

Thank you for getting out the message -- and signing petitions. Without you, this would not have been possible..

Please keep praying that Mentor's application (tomorrow) will also be denied...we're not quite out of the woods yet..
