Hi, my name is Kim Hoffman, I was enrolled in the adjunct study in 1995. I learned that the numerous problems I had with my implants were not reported or included in the study data. I have been working with the FDA and the Oversight Committee in congress to expose this problem among others, that indicate there are problems with silicone implants and therefore they should not be approved by the FDA for general use. I testified before congress Nov. 15, 2001.
If you received silicone implants after July 1992, please contact me. I am gathering information about the way study participants were handled by their surgeons and the manufacturers. I am currently working with key members of congress and this information could be critical in helping keep these dangerous products off the market. Please contact me at:
