A message (and a question) from Linda Dintino in regards to the news article about her which was sent out yesterday. Do any of you have feedback for us regarding the $300,000 dollar mark??? Also, I've heard from some of you are having really negative experiences with the Claims Office. With reports of being treated in a snotty or rude manner. Have any of you had similar experiences?. . .Myrl

I was contacted by this reporter in April, the article was supposed to be much different than what it turned out to be and i am very upset over it. I never told her i wanted $40,000, because i would not nor would i ever put a price on my head. What i told her when she wanted to know what i would get, I said, "I will be lucky to get the lowest amount on the grid". where she came up with the figure i do not know. Personally i don't think that i will ever be paid anything. And by the way Judge Frank Andrews mentioned in the article was the same Judge that postponed my case three times until Dow got thier crap filed in 1995. And i would like to know where the 300,000 dollar mark comes from, anyone?
