Police Investigate Silicone Incident

(San Diego, CA) -- San Diego police are investigating an incident that left two transgender females hospitalized in critical condition after being injected with silicone. Authorities say the victims were at a party on Florida Street Tuesday when they paid a woman to inject silicone into their bodies to enhance their physiques. Several hours later they became ill and were transported to a nearby hospital, where they are currently on life support. It's believed the woman who provided the injections is an unlicensed medical practictioner who lives in the LA area. Anyone with information is asked to call police.
