A major study concludes that low fat diets have no effect on reducing our risk of heart disease or certain cancers after all. But before we bite into our double cheeseburgers, there are some things to consider. Also this week, as we're in the midst of American Heart Month, we focus on heart-healthy eating. Learn, too, about the glycemic index, carb counting and how chocolate can fit in with a low carb diet. Finally, find out which foods are the best sources of iron for our kids. All in all, plenty of food for thought.
