The dow "criteria's and delays" --- cause alot of hardship and yet in congress they are trying to pass the senate bill to set up a trust fund --to pay asbestos --but if you read the whole bill --and see the input of the 3rd circuit fed. bankrupcy judge you will see they HAVE GUIDELINES AND TIME FRAMES to follow --(of course it BLOCKS all new sick persons and releases the LIABILITY of other companys so clever -- small print in the plan to set up a SLICK FUND TO PAY THE VICTIMS -) BUT if you compare the WAY THEY PLAN TO PAY WITH THE WAY DOW CORNING IS PAYING ITS A TOTAL OPPOSITE ---- dow has none of the PROTECTIONS that congress wants to give the VICTIMS IN THEIR BILL ---- we do SO NEED to expose the flaws and tricks in the bankrupcy settlement we are STUCK WITH HERE --- THE WORLD NEEDS TO SEE WHAT DOW GOT BY WITH AND WHAT WE ARE COPING WITH TO GET COMPENSATION FOR THEIR FAULTY PRODUCTS ---- why do all the writers in the media and news casts seem to GET IT PART RIGHT OR MISS A FEW ITEMS AND ALWAYS GIVE THE PR. OF THE COMPANY ---????? WE HAVE SO MANY " FACTS AND DETAILS " THEY NEED TO HEAR --- WE NEED TO GET THE STORY OUT OF EXACTLY WHAT DOW RAMED THRU THE COURTS AND GOT APPROVED ----- we should not accept " AS GOOD AS WE CAN GET " -----WE DESERVE THE TRUTH AND THE EXPOSURE OF THE PENNIES THEY FIGHT TO "NOT PAY" I Could not believe the CRITERIA AND RULES OF THIS BANKRUPCY -- WE COULD NOT PULL OFF A PERSONAL BANKRUPCY LIKE THIS --YET THEY GET TO MAKE THE RULES AND DENY ALL UNDER THEIR OWN TIME FRAME ---- and to NOW get a new computer to yet AGAIN STALL MORE DAYS ----IS WRONG ----- WRONG ---- WE SHOULD NOT SUFFER LONGER DUE TO THEIR LACK OF "READYNESS" DIDNT THEY HAVE 10 YRS TO GET READY FOR THIS ????????? PLEASE LADIES START SCREAMING TO ALL THE MEDIA AND PLACES WE CAN FIND TO VENT ON ------ things like this make me want to kick the cat and I love animals -----trust me I WONT do that but boy if you put a dow executive in front of my foot -----ha ------ just venting sorry ===
