Looking for help.

Thankyou Tony,

I appreciate you getting back to me.

Regarding the implants.

I have had several mammograms recently and it looks like I have no choice but to get the implants out ASAP.

I have also been informed I might need several more surgeries to get the remainder of the free silicone out, if they can get it all. I will be having surgery on June 9th and will be paying for it myself. My insurance may cover it, as it is a medical necessity and my health is at risk from the rupture. I still wish to file a lawsuit against Nagor Inc.

I found out from the internet that they are being bought out in August by a USA company called MediCor.

I dont know if this helps or hurts my case?

I also have all my medical records and a letter from the original clinic were I had the implants done telling me to contact Nagor.

I feel I have a very strong case given all the medical problem I am having and that I was informed by the clinic at the time of implants that they were good for life.

The most piece of damming evidence will be the old implants that my surgeon will send to my lawyer when I get one.

If you need any other information please let me know.

Thank you for taking the time to review my case.

Jan Potter
