Although diet alone isn't considered a treatment for migraines, eating certain foods can trigger migraines in some people. Just ask "Desperate Housewives" star Marcia Cross. Marcia has had migraines since she was in her early teens and openly shares how medication, stress management, and diet have helped her combat them. She has even become a paid spokesperson for GlaxoSmithKline to raise awareness.

Low Carb Thanksgiving Recipes
It's not too early to start planning your Thnaksgiving menu, especially if you want to lower the carb level. I saw an article referring to Thanksgiving as a "carb-centric" meal. My reaction was surprise - it needn't be so! Most of the traditional favorites can be easily adapted to a lower carb eating style. Here's my still-growing collection of low carb Thanksgiving recipes.
