Tuesday, America voted and decided who will represent our voices in Congress. However, at the same time, democracy itself was being subverted in that very same body. Just two officials are blocking the will of the others, and keeping a critical bill from an up or down vote on the floors of the House and Senate.

The Breast Cancer Environmental Research Act (BCERA) is supported by an overwhelming majority of members of both the House and the Senate. In fact, the bill has 66 bipartisan cosponsors in the Senate! And yet, just two officials are standing in the way of BCERA's passage.

Sign the petition to let your voice be heard. Tell these members of Congress to allow your elected officials to vote on the BCERA bill. Tell your friends and family to sign on too!

Congress will reconvene with only a few weeks to act on this important breast cancer bill. We are running out of time to send a message that this bill matters to hundreds of thousands of American families. October was breast cancer awareness month — let's make November breast cancer action month.
