I am like, Ruby. One of, my physician's closed the door without notifying us; an our Medical records are no where to be located in, Texas. I, took paper's for, women to fill out to become a part of the class action litigation against Breast Implants to this Physician's office at their request. This physician most diffidently believed my, Breast Implants were the causation of the illness I was having/being diagnosed with then and continue to be diagnosed every time I go to the DR. S now. Dow Chemical, Corning, have intentionally stalled the entire litigation process in hopes The FDA would approve a new Breast Implant as safe; therefore the disease criteria won't Be worth the paper the Settlement Plan was written on! That was, Dow's Plan from the beginning. No, women should have ever been sent to a; Dow Dr.! Who, ruined their entire suit against, Dow and now they have no recourse to bring suit against Dow again! Wouldn't that fall under part of, the CAC committees duties- to protect the, women against Dow's evil stunts in this litigation process?
