Update 30: 18 Jan. 2007 - 10 PM EST -- MindFreedom's attorney and director both spoke today in court during a second day of court hearings about Eli Lilly's supposedly "secret" files on the psychiatric drug Zyprexa. At stake: Freedom of speech by MindFreedom and this web site, which Eli Lilly is seeking to gag with a court order... and the public right to know about Zyprexa fraud.
MindFreedom attorney Ted Chabasinski and director David Oaks both speak in Brooklyn, NY court to defend free speech by MindFreedom, including on this web site.
