The latest is that disease claims filed in mid-2005 are now being reviewed. According to the projection in late 2005, all were going to be completed by the end of 2006. For whatever reason this has gravitated into a monumental cluster fuck. It's time for the victims to revolt. CAC at info@tortcomm.org should be inundated with emails, faxes and telephone calls. Worse, the SF/DCT is searching for ways to deny claims. I call these efforts "hoops." Send this email to everyone on your lists and tell em to act. -- Sid
