Dear readers,

Today we're thrilled to finally be able to announce the launch of the Consumer Wellness Center, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to creating and expanding the kind of articles, interviews, reports and product reviews you see on NewsTarget.com.

For three years, we've been running NewsTarget much like a non-profit, focusing on public education and earning barely enough money to cover costs. We've created thousands of articles, reports, guides, interviews and product reviews and have reached literally millions of people with information that has helped transform their lives for the better.

During this time, thousands of people have contacted us, asking how they can help support NewsTarget's efforts to continue reporting the truth about food, medicine, health and nutrition. Until now, we haven't had a good answer for that, and we certainly didn't have a tax-deductible mechanism for supporting our work.

But now, with the launch of the Consumer Wellness Center, we are able to accept tax-deductible contributions from individuals and businesses who wish to support our ongoing efforts to produce news, product reviews, reports and other content on the topics that really matter to your health and happiness.

Donations to the CWC will be used to fund the creation of even more content that will be published on NewsTarget.com and other websites. We plan to conduct more product reviews of quality nutritional supplements, feature articles on specific ingredients (like pomegranate, resveratrol and cinnamon), reviews of herbs, natural therapies and much more.

If you wish to help support these efforts, we are currently accepting financial donations. Once we have hired a volunteer coordinator, we will be able to accept volunteer help with research, writing and other areas, but for now, we simply need funds to get the CWC rolling.

If you wish to make a financial donation, you may send a check to: Consumer Wellness Center, 1820 E. River Rd, Suite #106, Tucson, AZ 85718. Be sure to include your name and address so we may reply with a thank-you letter and our tax ID (so you may deduct the contribution on your taxes).

We don't yet have an online contribution form that will accept credit card donations, although we plan to have one launched by the end of the month. Stay tuned for an announcement on that.

Just so you know, 100% of your donation goes to supporting the programs and administration of the Consumer Wellness Center, and none of it goes to me personally. I am a volunteer executive director and the bylaws of the organization dictate that I can never be paid for my work at the CWC. We will put your donation to a good use, and I will continue to volunteer my time in making sure we pursue important consumer health education projects that can help the maximum number of people improve their lives, health and happiness.
