I received a message from a silent sister whose settlement was handled by the O'Quinn law firm. . .
There was a class action law suit against the firm for overcharging breast implant claimants. . . The suit has been won and O'Quinn's firm has started issuing checks.
If the O'Quinn law firm handled your case, and unless you specifically opted out, you should have some money coming to you. If you have moved since your law suit was settled, you may not have received this information.
I contacted the law firm and found that I am included! . . . I asked if it was OK to pass the word to the support groups and was given permission to do so.
