In 1995, I was given a whole sheaf of documents---about 125 pages--- by New Orleans therapist Valerie Wolf. Valerie and two of her patients had testified at presidential hearings in Washington DC, in March of that year. Their subject? Mind control experiments on children.

All these documents are presented in this collection. They were sent to the President’s Committee by Valerie and became part of the official record.

They are startling, to say the least.

They recount horrific trauma-based mind control.

All of this is essential information for anyone who wants to understand the infamous CIA program called MKULTRA and its ramifications, against the larger context of mind FREEDOM and creative power.

Since all the documents you will read were sent, in 1995, to the President’s Committee by Valerie, they are still part of an official government record on mind control. This Committee---The President’s Committee on Radiation Experiments--- was originally set up to obtain testimony about grisly radiation experiments carried out on unwitting US citizens, starting in the 1940s. Because Valerie and her two patients, Claudia Mullin and Chris De Nicola, were able to speak on that subject---the two patients had memories of that kind of "treatment" from their childhoods---they were allowed in as witnesses.

What the Committee didn’t know was this: the two women remembered radiation being used as one part of a larger mind-control effort employed on them---and THAT larger account is what they offered, in person, to the Committee when they sat at the witness table.

Obviously, this was not anticipated by the Committee.

The door had been left open, so to speak, and Claudia and Chris walked right through it.

As far as I know, this is the only time private US citizens have gone on the record, in front of an official government body, with personal testimony about mind control. What it makes it even more unusual is that the government body, the Committee, was convened by a sitting US president, Bill Clinton.
