Protect Your Eyes from Infection
When I read this list, I realized how lax I've been at caring for my contacts. Like dishes, they should be scrubbed (just much more gently) and need to be replaced from time-to-time. Even lens cases should be thrown out on a regular basis.

Are Contacts Right for You?
Because I have a pretty strong prescription, wearing eyeglasses shrinks the appearance of my eyes, which I can't stand. So I've been wearing contact lenses for many years. While it hasn't been a perfect solution (I have bad eye allergies) I can't imagine life without them.
