Book Announcement: The Inside-Out Diet by Cathy Wong
I'm pleased to tell you that my book, The Inside-Out Diet, is now out in bookstores and online. This book is for people who want to lose weight, people who've lost weight and are trying to keep it off, or for those who aren't trying to lose weight but just want to eat better and feel healthier.

The book tackles the critical role of the liver in weight loss and overall health and offers a gentle detox diet plan for lasting weight loss. Some of the features include:
  • Detoxifying foods that promote optimal liver function and weight loss, including whey protein, flaxseeds, omega fatty acids, cruciferous veggies (e.g. broccoli and arugula), organic meat and eggs, and much more.
