Virtual Protest - October 2nd - Join Us!

Pledge now! On Oct. 2nd, we're launching a Virtual Protest and storming Congress with calls! Join citizens across the country and pledge to call your members of Congress and urge them to take action to reduce the toll of the No. 1 preventable cause of death – tobacco use.

Tobacco products are exempt from the basic health protections that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) applies to other consumer products, such as food, drugs, cosmetics and even dog food. The FDA can regulate a box of macaroni and cheese, but not a pack of cigarettes.

This year Congress has an historic opportunity to end this special protection for Big Tobacco by passing legislation (S. 625/H.R. 1108) that would give the FDA authority to regulate tobacco products.

Sign up for the Virtual Protest TODAY and add your name to our growing list of virtual protesters.
