Natural Remedies for Headaches
Tension headaches are the most common type of headache. Stress, insomnia, changes in sleep routine, depression, anxiety, skipping meals, poor posture, certain medications, physical inactivity, clenching or grinding teeth, or being in an uncomfortable body position for a prolonged time are some of the many potential headache triggers. Natural Remedies for Tendonitis
Tennis elbow causes pain on the outer side of the forearm near the elbow. Golfer's elbow causes pain on the inside of the forearm near the elbow.
