A PARATROOPER has told of the op that turned him into a curvy WOMAN.
Captain Ian Hamilton – now Jan – is the first Para to have a sex swap.
She asked surgeons in Thailand to make her look "like Sophia Loren".
Six-foot Jan, 42, said: "My face was removed like in the movie Face/Off. My forehead was sawn off, reshaped and screwed back on. " Bones around my eyes were ground down, my nose was broken and the cartilage trimmed."
She also had her lips resculpted and 36D breast implants – and plans to have a full sex change. Jan, from northeast Scotland, has lost her Army job and plans to sue over discrimination.
The Army said an inquiry was under way.
