Hi all I have had questions regarding the lawsuit I along with Merchant law group filed, as some are aware Ontario filed a similar action after ours a year or two after. The Ontario action was dismissed this past spring but ours which was the initial action is still a go.

The fight right now is whether the government of Canada can have the manufacturers named as third party to the lawsuit.

I was also asked why Ontario felt there action filed after ours would dictate what happened to mine well it doesn't unfortunately though theirs being dismissed will pose a precedent because of it but I don't feel it will hinder it.

I don't know where Ontario stands on whether they are appealing but then again what matters is that the first action is proceeding along, many have felt or wrongfully assumed Ontario was the only action and this is not the case had I not along with merchant filed this suit I doubt that any would ever of been filed.

So I do beg to differ with a message that is out there that they will dictate what happens with other suits filed.

I have great confidence on merchant law firm to do a good argument and that they will succeed in it going ahead.

I thought it needed to be reminded that Ontario did not start this action as some would like people to think. They followed the Saskatchewan action.
