Accused and gorgeous Jocelyn Kirsch, covered her face as she pushed past camera crews after her court appearance. Her attorney drove her away as she lay face down on the back seat of his car.

But, the beauty wasn't always so camera shy. A Drexel University student, Jocelyn Kirsch is the daughter of a prominent North Carolina plastic surgeon. He reportedly gave her a breast implants when she was still a teenager. Dr. Lee Kirsch reportedly sent his daughter a pair of silicone breast implants for Christmas in 2003. The pair were gift wrapped along with a promise to implant them himself. Kirsch also has reportedly gone under the knife for a nose job as well.

Dr. Kirsch was clearly upset with his wayward daughter, saying, "We're very disappointed with our daughter and we feel very badly for anyone who may have been taken advantage of."

Jocelyn and boyfriend Edward Anderton splurged on lavish vacations; paid for, police say, by stealing dozens of identities from their neighbors in an upscale Philadelphia apartment building.

Even the couple's own attorney's judgment is damning: "I don't know if it was just greed, or stupidity or both!"

Police say Jocelyn also had a dark side. She allegedly wrote a bad check for $2,000 at an upscale spa. Then, it's been reported, she sent a threatening text message to an employee who complained. According to the employee, the message said: "You have no idea what you have gotten yourself into. You seem like a smart girl walk away now or you will regret it."

Jocelyn's boyfriend, 25-year-old Edward Anderton, a graduate of the Ivy League University of Pennsylvania left court with his hands cuffed behind his back.

His mom sobbed openly throughout his court appearance.

At his Seattle high school, Anderton was a popular student with ambitions to go into politics.

Now his ambition, and that of his girlfriend's, is just to stay of prison.
