Medical Devices news again, I sent out before; this one is in a PDF file format
Down load or use your acrobat reader to access the information concering The SupremeCourt, gives Medical Device Industry another opportuntity to escape there liabilites, because the enept FDAclaims these devices are safe. I've sent this information in a different format before, this pdf file might better explain the information I sent out concerning The Supreme Courts;decision to allow medical devices to claim there safe according to The FDA. No wonder a Breast Implant law suit, couldn't obtain a fair court trial.
