I was watching CNN this morning and on comes a story of a female employee who had been hit by a semi truck while she was in her car, she suffered serious brain damage and is now in a nursing home, her husband who is recuperating from prostrate cancer had to divorce her last year so she could get some help from medicade. Also another tragedy there son who went to Iraq and was killed two weeks after getting there.

So then you have Walmart who she had benefits through, her husband sued the trucking company and got in my opinion a lousy 417,000 dollars, Walmart had a small clause which states they can recoup any medical costs paid out so this company who reported a 90 billion dollar earnings there last quarter sued this family for 470,000 dollars which will leave no money for this womans care in the nursing home facility, or her other sons college costs. Her husband is working two jobs now to make ends meet. Walmart is a disgrace and I feel we seriously need to boycott all walmarts it is bad enough the way they treat female employees on a daily basis but to go after this family is unacceptable and morally disgraceful.

Walmart has poisoned our kids with tainted toys not removed from shelves and has a business practice that in my opinion set the rest of the world on the road to cheap chinese goods. They are all about the mighty old buck and in this situation it is apparent.

So Boycott walmart Buy anywhere but there till this family gets the pittance they got in a settlement.
This case is going all the way to the supreme court what does this say about the great walmart FAMILY as they call themselves that this family has to not only lose there mother and wife to this accident to a nursing home but walmart is so greedy they are forcing this family to spend dollars they don't have fighting this in court.
