We're supposed to eat at least five to nine servings of fruit and vegetables a day, but do you know what constitutes a serving? Need an incentive to eat them? A new study published in the Archives of Internal Medicine notes that women eating a a diet high in whole grains, fruits and vegetables, and low-fat dairy products managed to reduce their risk of heart attack by 24 percent. Broccoli, anyone?
