Dear VoteVets.org Supporter,

You are incredible!  We now have over 20,000 signatures on our petition to Senator John McCain, urging him to co-sponsor the bi-partisan GI Bill for the 21^st Century.  We'll be delivering your signatures to Senator McCain next week, and we want even more signatures.

WILL YOU SIGN THE PETITION AND GET YOUR FRIENDS TO?

When you sign the petition, you'll be taken to our "tell-a-friend" tool.  Your mission this week is to get five of your friends and family to sign the petition, so it will carry even more weight.

Additionally, we have created a printable sign that you can display, to show your support for a new GI Bill.  Just print it out and put it in your window, or on the bulletin board in your office, or your storefront.  Print it out and put it up, and send pictures of it to info@votevets.org, and we'll post a selection of them on the internet.  Let's get the message out from coast to coast - America supports our veterans, and that means we support a new GI Bill.

If Senator McCain cosponsors the GI Bill, it will signal other Republicans to do the same.  The bill now has 51 cosponsors from both parties.  If it gets 60, it will dissuade any filibuster attempt, allowing it to pass and go to the President's desk.  But, to get there, we need your help.
