We've been out of town because, my husband brother; has advanced cancer an isn't doing well all. All of us, despise Dow, and would be willing to do a protest against evil; Dow Chemical and Corning. None of us would protest against our attorneys. They've stuck behind the women, in the USA an our still waiting to paid by, Dow also. If it wasn't for some of our outstanding atty's and gracious law firms, NONE of the women; would have ever been compensated by any breast implant manufacture.

The lousy cac committee, is the real problem! and Who's sold the women, down the river to Dow! The cac committee decisions, to extend the Dow Plan Scam, for another how many years before paying us- or the batty's and make it impossible to qualify on the disease grid for the compensation money promised us-lays right upon them. The cac committee, was supposed to protect the women's, rights against Dow. What a horrible joke an slop job they done, many of think they've need replaced years ago. Many of us,would have done a much more effective job for the all the, women in every country.

They've done just the opposite! The cac committee, has agreed to every thing Dow's, put on table that benefits Dow, not the women or children harmed by these faulty, toxic devices-Dow invented in there labs. The cac committee's job, is to answer questions from, women an atty.'s. where they both can pursue the claims in a timely and correct manner by, the outrageous standers Dow; demands to qualify on the crappie unjust disease grid- set by Dow; to avoid compensating every person harmed fairly. The cac committee, isn't answering the women's or atty.'s letters, where either of them can find answers to file proper claims- Dow, won't deny again for the umpteenth time. The cac committee, has been drawing astronimal salaries each month out of our funds, but has failed miserably to protect the women, against Dow. Why? We believe its time the cac committee, is held totally liable for their complete utter frailer to protect the women, rights in the best interest against Dow.

The cac committee, hasn't done the job they; were hired to do either, why? They could have asked the women, what they thought concerning extending the Dow; payment date. We, would have all voted NO! Dow, has earned enough money off the interest of our money to compensate each women, who's had any type of breast implant each a million dollars.. since Dow, invented these toxic platinum cancer killer an other causing disease devices in Dow Chemicals own labs. We also think its past time, the cac committee reveals, how much they've been paid to date! To allow Dow, dictate every term of ,The Dow Settlement Scam and change them to benefit Dow! And continue screwing the women, instead of compensating us, what we were entitled to start with.

The 3M McGhan/ Inamed women, got the worst of screwing of anyone. Many years of the implants, had Dow gel, then Union Carbide- who Dow, bought to keep us from; being allowing to sue Union Carbide. If were going to expose this corrupt devices mess, lets expose all of it to the public. The atty's have been our best assets, helped us obtain press, paid for numerous things. lobbying congress, grants to obtain more medical evidence against these criminals- that would stand up in court or for our medical files. The court set the fees a atty, can obtain for all Dow, cases. They've been waiting as many years as the women, to be paid a measly sum by, Dow also.

The same rules for the Dow women, apply to every breast implant women's, case an amount of pathicatic compensation. The women who, didn't have Dow, implants didn't get a penny for ruptured implants; nor other perks the Dow women get. These women, are just as severely harmed. Many received NOT a cent, is that just? Hell no it isn't! I'm in this for every woman, and child, harmed by any breast implant. I can round up women, to protest against, Dow.

They refuse to protest against our fine atty. in, Texas, an in there states also. These women, have cases pending against Dow, an other B. I. manufactures there atty.'s are desperately trying to settle still. The women, feel this isn't just about the Dow, women, but support them in every way and want justice for all women; who've had a breast implant of any type. When the truth comes out we all win. Dow, started this evil corrupt mess in Texas. We, want every aspect of this un justices by the courts, the cac committee!, judges, the science panel, IOM, the FDA , the plastic surgeons ass. Dow, Allergan's false studies, data, etc. exposed to the max! The only women who, received half way decent settlements fees were, Baxter implant women.

Some of us, figured out the reason behind it. Judge Hood, ruled yes once. It seems very weird that she, has failed to ruled in this length of time; therefore some of us have a bad feeling she's; tried to find a loop hole to change her original ruling we could sue. Nothing would surprise me concerning this corrupt un justice mess; or the courts biasness for these corrupt corps. with $$ for verdicts in there favor. Judge Pointer..

If we're going to protest, it needs well put together long before hand. Most of the women, are older now, and much sicker; than the last time a protest was done. I've been hunting an atty. to sue the FDA, myself, so far I haven't one willing to sue them in the USA. Maybe, if Tony, post it on the front page of the Canadian Connection. An atty. hopefully will constant us who's, will to sue the FDA, for the shity, corrupt un ethical new Medical device and Drug bill passed that limits the rights of every citizen in American. An it protects the faulty devices, med's. un ethical pharmaceutical corps., the physicians, hospitals, insurance corps, etc. Whom, kill innocent trusting persons, and then strips us of our legal rights to just compensation called, Tort Reform. George Bush, signed into law in Texas; to be elected by his cronies as a condition to let these ass O's off the hook for harming innocent persons and NOt having to compensate the ones harmed worth a flip- because the wealthy want to keep their bucks instead of doing the right thing- being liable & paying up if their responsible for harm done to a person they employee or make a product a person purchases that's faulty. We all despise Dow Chemical and Corning, but also every other B. I. manufacture. 3m McGhan/Inamed, got by without compensating there breast implants victims hardly a cent. Who's, one of the two leading implant manufactures, they are and Mentor! Don't you think these women, deserve compensated equally as the other, women?- I most certainly do!

While were fighting, lets fight for every woman, to be compensated properly again an address the corruption in the entire scam by the courts & judicial system- Tort reform. bargains cut by the cac committee, that benefit Dow, paying lesser amounts to women in other countries, or with different implants than Dow! This entire mess stinks worse than a cess pool full of dead fish.while Sybil, Diana P. Earnest Horne all draw big fat check- more than any woman will ever get. Many of us, want them kicked off and some of us to represent ourselves against; Dow yesterday ASAP.

How many women in the Dow settlement are fed up and wanting answers?

If you are sick and tired of being ignored and not given the facts on the And Or issue that has been in front of Judge Denise Hood now for way to long let us know.

If you feel that this issue should never of been put in front of the courts because it is in our eyes illegal let us know.

The reason why this is illegal to many of us is simple it was in our settlement package documents that we were told we should vote yes on to let Dow get out of Bankruptcy.

So it is very apparent we have not been told the truth nor does it appear we ever will be.
How many of you are liking the criteria set out for the rupture that pretty much guarantees being rejected.

Why was any of the criteria laid out as it was and all I can come around to is it was to favor Dow.

The women have been sold down the river and like most class actions this is what happens but it does not mean we have to lay back and take it we are the majority we are the women these lawyers are making money of off and we are the women Dow harmed.
I find this whole process reprehensible and if this Judge rules in Dow's favor we are going to be expected to sit back and accept it and I for one will not. I know a legal document is binding so we need to get answers.

It is simple was the word OR negotiated?

If so then why is it in the courts and better yet what is taking this judge so damn long to tell Dow no this was what was negotiated this is what the women signed yes to.

If the word AND was the word then who decided to put the word OR into the documents and why?

If the word AND was the one then we have a situation that we should not stand by and allow to happen because I feel this is what they want.

I don't know if any of you have noticed but no lawyers are saying anything for the women and there must be thousands of them and my question is why?
